The Dylight is a small entry-level, low powered Xray machine which was designed for light, compact food products like snacks, chocolate bars, small bags/pouches or powder products. The Dylight is very compact with a length of 1000mm and a very user friendly interface which makes it very easy to integrate into your production line.

The Dymond 40/80/120 and 160 are low powered, top view flatbed Xray machines, which are designed to inspect product from the top to the bottom. The difference between the four models depends on the size of the product which needs to be inspected for foreign bodies. The Dymond Xray machines offer very user friendly interface with additional option of a fully automatic reject system and lockable reject bin with the option to add additional safety features to comply with retailer specifications. Weight control and Multilane setup is possible depending on the proiduct.

The Dymond S Xray Machine is a side view machine specially designed for rigid containers like PET Bottles, Cans and Tetra Packs. It inspects the product from the side and can be easily installed on the production line with the additional reject system. The Dymond S also have the option to have standard shielding covers or alternatively a chicane cover layout for light rigid containers. One advantage with the Dymond S is that you can also inspect the fill level to ensure that the rigid containers are filled to the right level.

The Dymond D Xray machine is specially designed for glass jars with it’s patented 90º diagonal view it can inspect from two sides to ensure that the contaminent are detected even when it is hiding behind the “crown” of the glass jar. It comes with all the additional features as the rest of the Dymond series with the user friendly interface.
