The checkweigher Econus® from Minebea Intec was developed specially for applications such as completeness checks and the monitoring of filling systems as used in the food industry in particular. It is reliable, user-friendly and easy-to-clean, as well as extremely accurate.

The Essentus Checkweigher is a entry-level checkweigher and offers 4 basic models for simple, precise weight and integrity checking of packaged foods and other products. The Essentus-L offers a weight range of 600g – 6000g and the Essentus-H offers a weight range of 40kg – 60kg.

The Synus Checkweigher is a mid-level Checkweigher with a modular and configurable design and can therefore cover numerous applications including those requiring Weights & Measures approvals. There are 4 basic models which is the WS 1 (up to 1kg), WS 2 (up to 2kg), WS 5 (up to 5kg) and the WS 7 (up to 7kg). The standard throughput rate varies between 180 – 250 products per min depending on the model. An optional Metal Detector can easily be integrated even after installation.

The Flexus is a high level Checkweigher with the same weight ranges as the Synus and meets the strictest requirements. The Flexus Checkweigher are the best in its class and with it’s excellent and reliable throughput rate which range from 450 products per min to 600 product per min makes it one of the best checkweighers in the market today for small products in blister or individual packaging and suitable mostly for the pharmaceutical market. Additional to it’s performance and reliablity a Metal Detector can also easily be integrated into the system.

The EWK is a fully encased checkweigher for the food industry. Through its IP65 protection class, cleaning with a water hose is no problem at all.

The weighing systems WS 10 kg and WS 20 kg, combined with evaluation electronics EWK 3010 or EWK 3015, form a high-performance checkweigher for weight or integrity checking, as well as for the regulation of upstream filling systems.All model variants have a type approval which allows for use in legal metrology for Packaged Goods Regulation inspection in all European Countries
