EWK WS
The heavy load checkweigher EWK WS 30/60 kg enables 100% and highly accurate completeness and weight control up to 60 kg. The new Blue HMI user interface increases efficiency, transparency and safety in production. All models and variants are optionally MID-approved and monitor verifiable in accordance with common packaging regulations
Synus®
Minebea Intec's modular Synus® checkweigher series allows for extremely precise weight or completeness control at throughputs of up to 250 pieces per minute and process speeds of up to 1.5 m/s. Upstream filling equipment can also be controlled by the Synus®.
Flexus®
Flexus® is your solution for ensuring optimum product quality,
regardless of whether you want to check the weight and/or integrity of
your product or optimise your filling processes. The high-resolution
EMFC weigh cell technology and a tailored design guarantee precise
weighing results and a high throughput of up to 600 pieces per minute.
Essentus®
For many weighing applications, completion checks, and filling process
optimization, Essentus® is the most cost-effective option. The dynamic
checkweigher lowers procurement costs because it is very user-friendly
and is chosen based on demands.
Econus®
Checkweigher Econus® from Minebea Intec was developed specially for applications such as completeness
checks and the monitoring of filling systems as used in the food industry in particular. It is reliable, user-friendly
and easy-to-clean, as well as extremely accurate.
CoSynus®
CoSynus®, a member of the Synus® family, combines the electronics of the
metal detector with the well-known checkweigher electronics to achieve
process speeds of up to 1.5 m/s. The Synus® checkweigher's well-proven
user interface incorporates the metal detector's functionality.
Flexus® Combi
Flexus® Combi is capable of accurately detecting any metal foreign
bodies, including ferrous, non-ferrous, and even non-magnetic stainless
steels, in addition to checking product weight or completeness and
optimizing filling procedures simultaneously.
Essentus®Perfomance L Combi
Essentus® Performance L Combi from Minebea Intec combines the Essentus®
Performance L checkweigher and the Vistus® metal detector in one frame
and electrical cabinet and two HMIs. It is used for checking the weight,
completeness checks, regulating upstream filling systems and
simultaneously detecting both magnetic and non-magnetic metallic
components.
OEM Weighing Kit
